As her beloved Mother of Mercy High School closes it's doors for good, this soon to be high school junior wanted to capture some photos in what we called an "early Senior Photo session" :)

In honor of Catholic Schools week, I want to share my love for Our Lady of the Visitation School.  Now, I'm a little biased because my kids attend this school, but I do truly love this school.  On a daily basis, the students are taught to be good, kind and caring people, and the education they receive is phenomenal.  The students are

more than prepared for high school, and I just can't say enough good things about it.

Mother of Mercy High School will be closing it's doors after more than 100 years.  This mom and Mercy grad is especially sad about this because she was looking forward to her daughter graduating from Mercy one day.  Although this isn't in the cards anymore, she thought it would be a fun idea to have their family photos taken on the school's beautiful property.  And what a great idea it was! The Mother of Mercy grounds are just gorgeous, and we couldn't have had a more perfect evening for it.  By the time we took the last shot, mom was wiping away tears.  To me, that's a good sign that we had the perfect spot :)
